No. Konnect services are funded through your NDIS plan. We bill your plan manager or the NDIA directly — you pay nothing out of pocket.

How quickly can I start receiving support?

We aim to have you matched with a therapist within 5 business days of your referral being received. Urgent referrals are prioritised.

How do I make a referral for a participant?

Use our Make a Referral form and select "Support Coordinator" as your role. You will need the participant's name, NDIS number, and the services they need.

What happens after I submit a referral?

Our team reviews the referral and assigns the most suitable clinician. You will receive a confirmation email with a reference number. We contact the participant within 1 business day.
